Drain and Flare line ( Do not Pocket ) Empty Drain and Flare line ( Do not Pocket )

Hello

I don't understand about " Do not Pocket " for piping design.
When I see " Do not Pocket " on drain line ( closed drain ) or Flare line.
How to design those lines ... what piping layout should I avoid ??
